I'm very happy to announce two very important initiatives that are currently in progress in Nairobi. The first and most significant is that due to the move by our long term neighbours Beta Healthcare to a larger new site, we have been most fortunate to have the opportunity to buy their premises on Bondo Road. The two companies have been friendly neighbours for over 50 years and the goodwill has extended throughout the handover period. The property abuts D&S on two walls and, with an area of over 2500m2 that includes offices and a factory facility, are ideal for our future expansion.
