The DAYLIFF dc range of self priming engine pumps are of fully portable design suitable for irrigation, dewatering and general pumping duties.

FEATURES

• Open impellers suitable for pumping lghtly silted water
• study carrying and protection frame
• pump body and impellers manufactured from high grade aluminium
• provided with quick coupling hose connectors and suction trainers
• Maximum suction is 8m at sea level
• Option of either highly dependable air cooled petrol or diesel engines
• petrol engine alternative of DAYLIFF air cooled, 4 stroke OHV single cylinder with transistored ignition and oil alert or economical Kholer SH 265 engine of similar specification.

Note that the perfomance curve of all engines relate to the engine governor set at a maximum speed 0f 3600 rpm to achieve maximum rated power output. To prolong engine life pumps should only be run under maximum power conditions for short periods and for extended duty the throttle setting should be reduced to approximately to three quarters power. Pump perfomance will then be reduced accordingly.
